Official conference activities begin September 27 with an evening welcome reception. Conference sessions are scheduled for all day September 28 and the morning of September 29. Plan for flight departure after 2 p.m. on September 29 to allow for attendance at the business meeting.
Attendees planning to participate in the Université du Québec à Montréal and Université de Montréal familiarity tours the afternoon of September 29 should plan for departure on September 30.
Attendees planning to participate in familiarity tours on September 30 should plan for departure on October 1.
Travel is recommended to and from the Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (YUL).
Taxis are available at the arrivals level at door 23, where a dispatcher will assist you. Taxi fare to downtown Montréal is $41 CAD.
